I am using the above thing in DD for https. When I started the application,I am getting the "The page cannot be displayed" error.

http://localhost:8080/SCWCD/ (for ordinary thing in http)

If I am using transport-guarantee, then it should be in
https://localhost:8080/SCWCD/ ..?

I am getting "The page cannot be displayed" error.

For <transport-guarantee> your container should support Https.
By default tomcat doesnot support Https. You have to refer container docs to
support Https.
