Partial credit for drag and drop?

On the real exam, do you get partial credit for the correct answers you give in a multi-part question such as drag and drop?

I'm taking the mock exams from WhizLabs and when I get 9/10 tags right I still get zero points for the entire question.

You get no partial credit for any question type.
