I had taken the SCJP 1.2 exam in Aug 2000. I wanted to know if I go for SCWCD exam now, Do I need to take SCJP again or my SCJP still holds good. Thanks and Regards, Sanjeet

why dont you just check in Sun's website about the expiration date of the certification. I remember sometimes back while browsing through the forum, some ranchers were discussing like from Apr 2002 onwards, the sun's certifications need not be retaken or renewed. checking in Sun's website would give you up-to-date information.

"Sanjeetz", we don't have many rules at the Ranch but we do have a Naming Policy. Please review the policy and update your display name accordingly. Thanks.
