Doubt Regarding implicit objects

Hi,
In one of the books I read I found a question, can any one explain it


Which of the following implicit objects does not represent a scope container?
(Select one)
a application
b session
c request
d page
e pageContext

answer Given is d) page.

I've never heard the term "scope container", however you could argue that all of the others point at a scope...

a application = application/context scope
b session = session scope
c request = request scope
d page
e pageContext = page scope

Page just points to the page object (i.e. like 'this'), which isn't a scope.

JSPs have the Page scope. There are 4 scopes

They do,
But the Page scope is accessed through the pageContext implicit object, not the Page implicit object.
