Connection Pooling in SQL Server 2000!!!

Is the sequence of steps to make a connection pool in SQL Server 2000 same as we do it in Oracle i.e.
1)Create Object pool.
2)Create Connection Factory.
3)Create Poolable Connection Factory.
4)Create Datasource.

If you're using JDBC, the steps are the same for any db server.
