Hi All,

First of thanks to writers(Kathy Sierra and Bryan) of HF Servlets and JSP for writing such a good book and thanks to this forum for helping in clarifying all the doubts.

My tips to fellow ranchers

1) Read HF once(or twice) properly, taking care of the small small details
2) Go thru the mock tests - Whizlabs that is very good for the exam
3) Read J2EE design patterns of Mister Peabody .. its so perfect and optimized for the exam
4) Go thru Servlet, JSP and JSTL specs, if you want to score really good.
Some of the questions will be related to things you will only find in the specs, but yes specs are too big to read.
All the best,

Can you just say one more thing on the exam is that were the questions a bit easy that the ones from Whizlabs?

yeah real exam is very easy if used to of whizlabs...
the tougness level of whizlabs test are very high as compare to real one ..
thats why if you complete whizlabs mock test series with good marks , defintelty you will get great score....

as for as real exam ....
Exam is very easy ...you will get 75% of very easy ,15% bit tricky,10% bit tough questions respectively....

so dont get tense .....
every body can easily crack..

Best of Luck........

Thanks. I don't have whizlabs and I'm not finding time to actually give all the mock exams in it. I'm actually planning to only give Head First mock exam and a couple of them from j2eecertificate and jdiscuss and probably Marcus Green's website and then go for the exam. Hope this helps to get me a decent score!

It is sorta covered in the JavaRanch Style Guide.
