Kajal,
I bought Whizlabs Simulator for SCWCD last week and it is good, I used Whizlabs Simulator for SCJP 1.4 in the past. I scored 61% in Whizlabs test while preparing for SCJP 1.4 but in real exam I scored 87%.

I am planning to schedule test may be 2nd week of Sep if things goes as planned. But busy with work schedule lets see!
Good luck!

SCJP 1.4

They are all good. I have tried looking around and there is remarkable consistency.

There are several free mock exam engines linked from javaranch.

We frequently see questions asking about what study guides exist for this certification. This seems a large enough topic for a page all it's own at Scjd Reading Material Faq

Based on the snippet they have from Sun Certified Programmer & Developer for Java 2: Study Guide (Exam 310-035), Third Edition I would constrain my purchasing efforts to this publication. I understand your question, but there is not any 'best' - until one provides a field of expertise in which one wishes to pursue vocational efforts.

For the general case, I can recommend the above citation based on heavy real world experience.

First, make your way through JavaRanch's Mock Exam 1.3 - that will tell you much information.
