please as per your experience tell me which certification should be done among these both if i have to select anyone?

I came to conclusion, that for beginners (like I am, with no experience with J2EE) the choice should be SCWCD. My choice is purely based on reading similiar topics. And also most people say, that SCWCD is eaiser to do as SCBCD.

Another reason to add on would be the usage. Many projects use WCD related technologies than the ones that use EJB. Also there are better substitutes for EJB like Spring/Hibernate and many others....

I agree with Jothi: there are more projects using Servlets and JSP than projects using EJB, for 2 main reasons: not everyone needs something as big and heavy as EJB and there are very good substitutes for it. You just can't say the same thing about JSPs and Servlets.

Just to add on...there are even substitutes for JSP...but I've never seen a substitute for servlets.
