the company in which i work is an investment banking company so im makin projects that will be used by a bank to carry its work. does any particular certification can help me more. also how is SCBCD related to business and does it solve my purpose

SCWCD 1.4, so you're in the good forum Check the FAQ and Links.

Banks (or anything else) can use lots of different tools, so I don't think you can say "if you're going to work in a bank, do this java cert".

True indeed, and WCD is definitely, as has been discussed many a times I think is a better and primary choice before going forward with BCD.Unless you have a good experience in BCD. WCD content is also widely used or else lot of the new frameworks are based on it so it generally would make the base more clear in regard to web related technologies.
