Unable to get SCWCD Certificate after passing it

Hello friends

i have passed SCWCD Exam on the 29th September 2007

My candidate number is SR2864981 & registration number is P50SYD5238. site number IS IIC .Even after completion's of my exam.

When i requested for logo access on 15th of October I received a Logo denied mail from [e-mail] Also i have mailed Prometric center people also visited them but i didnt get any response

I received the following mail from [e-mail]

Dear omer ali mohammed,

Your request to use the Sun Certified Web Component Developer Logo logo
has been denied
for the following reason(s):
Our database does not show that you have passed the Web Component
Developer exam, so we have denied your request for the logo.

are you having test report which contain your score and certnumber using that information send mail to sun you will get you certificates..

I thought Sun stopped having a logo for SCWCD after version 1.4 was released anyway.
