KM Menon, I think (not sure because this is a new id that you have used.) we received an order request from you but we couldn't process it immediately because you used multiple names and multiple requests and it wasn't clear who the order was from. Such orders have to be worked on manually to resolve issues. The order was processed anyway after verifying the payment.
