Why don't you buy a copy of the Head First Servlets & JSP book instead of asking about each and every topic individually!

This book not only tells what to to study for the exam, but lets you get a high mark as well as understanding the topic very well.

lso i have seen these questions in the mock exams

Mocks do not necessarily reflect what's in the exam, and what's not. If I were you, I'd concentrate on reading the book (HFSJ), written by authors involved in the exam, who know what is there, and what's not. The tutorial on dynamic attributes was added here, but apart from that, you'll be fine.
