No, same content. Check this FAQ. But ranchers said that the way SCWCD5 questions were written is somewhat different.

Just want to double check... is there drag-and-drop on the 1.5 exam or is it all multiple choice?

Yes I think there are drag and drop questions SCWCD 1.5 as well!!!

Both the 1.4 and 1.5 exams include some drag and drop questions.
