Hi!
I have some strange behaviour of doInitBody() method of my class that extends BodyTagSupport
I do pageContext.getOut().println("doInitBody"); inside doInitBody() method but nothing happens.. At the same time I see that this line executes..
Here's the source:
public class ClassicTagTest2 extends BodyTagSupport { public void doInitBody() throws JspException { try { System.out.println("asdasd"); // works pageContext.getOut().println("doInitBody"); // doesn't } catch (IOException e) { e.printStackTrace(); } } public int doStartTag() throws JspException { try { pageContext.getOut().println("doStartTag"); // works } catch (IOException e) { e.printStackTrace(); } return EVAL_BODY_BUFFERED; } }
