As per my understanding exception-type accepts Throwable object , so Error is subclass of Throwable , hence Error is a Throwable object.
So are these A,B,C option are correct declaration in DD.

no you are not supposed to handle error types

Handling the error is trying to recover from the error and trying to proceed with executing the code... Nothing like that is happening here. Here we configure what page should be shown in case the error occurs... so the user sees only a graceful simple message and not some frightenning technical message.
