I'm sorry, probably it's a stupid question, but...

All samples of empty auth-constraint that I saw are:

<auth-constraint/>

But,

<auth-constraint></auth-constraint>

has the same effect, I suppose.

Am I right?

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
