Firstly, KeepItDown. Secondly, please contain your excitement and use a proper subject line, which is (at least an attempt at) a correctly spelled word or phrase; if you're new and seeking advice, it helps us to know that.

My advice: read one or more books (whichever one(s) you feel most comfortable with), then take one or more mock exams before appearing for the real thing. The former will educate you, the latter will help you practise exam techniques.
Is there any connection between SCJP5.0 AND SCWCD
Err... they're both based on Java??! What do you really mean here? One is a core language exam, the other an exam on the Enterprise Web tier. If you don't know what J2EE/Java EE is, perhaps reading about it on the Web first would be a good idea before even deciding to begin studying for the exam?
WHAT IS THE COST OF THE VOUCHER OF SCWCD.
Check your local Sun training website; that should be relatively simple for a certified Java programmer! Even a Google search might yield results.
APPROX HOW MUCH TIME IS REQUIRED FOR THE PREPARATION OF EXAM AFTER CLEARING SCJP5.0.
As much as you need; it varies between people, with different experience and abilities. If you're dedicated to learning about SCWCD topics, rather than just getting a piece of paper which means nothing on its own, the time it takes shouldn't be a consideration. Take as much time as you need.

Check the other topics in this forum as many people here have passed the exam and will provide you with their experiences and recommendations. Also check the SCWCD Links.

I changed the topic name. And as Charles said, please keep it down.
