Wrong Name Entered in Database !

Hi ,

My exam is scheduled for 9th July but i am facing a big problem because by mistake Prometric people has entered my name wrong.I mailed them on e-mail id [e-mail] but i haven't got a reply yet.So, could anyone tell me what should i do now to change my name in database.
