Guys,
may you share your thoughs on this item. I think we all know the diferences but it's hard to put it on the paper. It will be good if you can put situations to chose each plataform ou maybe tell how this will be tested.

Thanks!

An example will be, if you want to develop a system on xxx platform (or with yyy features), which Java edition you should use.

The questions are obvious that you definite can choose the correct edition. Dont worried.

I would guess you might have questions along the lines of:

Choose the correct Java platform for each of the following:
  • I want to build an application that can run on a Palm Pilot or a mobile phone.
  • I want to build an application that can be used by our staff out in the field with no network connectivity
  • I want to develop a server application with both web, and web service connectivity

  • Regards, Andrew

Not yet, Nick... Mine is on 11, coming Monday... I am afraid that you made the passing rate so high that I will not be able to pass that standard...

After this certification, I will be in a long break for any certification, since I will have to do my Thesis as you might have known it. But I will still be wandering around the Ranch as usual, but less frequent than before, I guess...

Andrew had also posted some examples, which are very closed to the real example questions. Do you still think you need to read more?

Don't worried. I don't think the passing rate can be affected by a small group. If the majority can pass the exam with high score, you can get a high score as well.

But will you get ICED when IBM gives out promotion again?

Anyway, I will keep inform you if there are any news.
