For J2ME related questions, you have to know what is the usage of J2ME, which platforms/devices J2ME is targetted for.
For Swing, you have to know the differences between Applet and Swing, why we have Swing in addition to Applet, or other components (HTML, JS).
Questions will not be too difficult, so, you don't have to worry too much.
