Important issue for FAQ?

I wanted to make sure I'm not missing anything before I edited the FAQ myself but I've noticed something monetarily important.
The last section of the FAQ titled "Where can I find information on Cost / Location of exam sites in <your country>?" has a list of steps to follow through the Prometric website. Just before scheduling an appointment the price for the test in the us is shown listed at (USD) 300. It also says that this does not include "discounts or vouchers." Going through Sun at http://www.sun.com/training/catalog/courses/CX-310-019.xml you can purchase a test voucher for (USD) 100 inside the US.
I think this should be made note of as it seems Prometric is taking advantage of the fact that some inside the US may not have noticed the voucher program through Sun and extracting an extra $200 from would be test takers.

You're right, I went through the steps, and it says $300.

Still, I don't think you can actually pay the fee through 2test.com. I think you HAVE TO go to sun and buy the voucher, and then you provide the voucher number to 2test.

Seems weird. Very weird.

What I'm concerned about is that if you don't have the information about a Sun voucher you will be paying 300 at the testing center. I might be wrong but I'll update the FAQ later today if you haven't all ready.

That's the thing. I don't think you can pay at the testing center. I think you HAVE TO buy a voucher from Sun, and provide that voucher to the testing center. That's been my experience in North America, but I could be wrong.

Prometric is almost impossible to get a hold of via telephone. Its their basic MO it seems to make all customer service via forms on their website. Ill email them and ask about the $300 tag there and if it is a typo. If it is I'll make a note in the FAQ.

By the way the UPS feller just dropped off your two books for the SCJA test. Wish me luck studying and testing.

Yes, that's my understanding: You purchase the voucher at a set price from Sun, and do not pay anything at the testing center. As far as I know, this is the only way to do it in North America.

However, I've read a lot of conflicting reports about how this works in other parts of the world, where vouchers can apparently be purchased from a variety of sources (including testing centers) at very different rates. I've also seen a lot of concerns regarding counterfeit vouchers purchased from vendors other than Sun.

For the most accurate information, I strongly suggest that you contact Sun Training for your country of interest. See Sun - Training Global Contacts.
