Unnecessary Problems

My SCJA preparation going along nicely and I was planning to purchase the voucher in the next week and give the exam in the 1st week of June, before I faced following problems:

1) My college NIT Durgapur(India) is Sun Academic Initiative Institute(SAI), because of which I will get discount in the certification exam vouchers. I have got the Voucher number from the SAI site, but the prometric site just doesn't take me ahead of "Select the test center" as there is no way to select any test center, it just lists out the test centers in india, so no option to fill out the Voucher number anywhere as I am getting stuck up before. Do I need to approach one of those testing centers with the discount voucher number?

2) I came to know that two identification cards are required. I don't have any strong identity paper except my institute identity card. I don't have driving license or passport.

These things are more hectic than actual exam preparation. I wonder why they have made it that difficult. And why two identification cards.

I think that if you pick your time and location, it will then take you to the voucher number page. It's a bit backwards, I found.
