Hi, I just plan to step into the SCJD. But from the RHE book page 690, "the upload should be done at the same location from which the candidate initiated the download." But I will graduate this summer. I am afraid I can't finish it in two month. And I have called 800-422-8020, their answer is yes. And also they suggested me send email to who2contact@central.sun.com. I haven't gotten the answer yet. Hopefully, I can upload from different systems. Any one has met that condition before?

Hmm, never heard of this requirement before. I find it highly doubtful that this is true. Who's to say that my IP or MAC address can't change over the course of months? You probably misinterpreted. I believe what they meant by that sentence is that you should be uploading the assignment via the same web page location that you downloaded the assignment. Either way, I wouldn't worry too much about this.
