A Message To Douglas Kent

In another thread, you mention "I had a major problem with record locking on my submission...din't make it." Have you taken the written examination before your submission got rejected? I am asking this question because I am thinking whether the submission will get rejected even before taking the written examination.

They won't even look at it until You take the exam and they have that set of answers in front of them.
