Are there any books that you people have found particularly useful for the SCDJ (other than the RHE book)? For example, the guidelines mention "design patterns". Has anyone found study of the GoF pattern book helpful in their taking the SCDJ assignment/exam? Is it expected that people will use GoF design patterns in their solutions?
