Do we need to supply command line search for and book flights? or only the windows GUI interface is enough.

Search and Book are supposed to be part of the GUI.

The reason I am asking Sun says that
"simple command lines that allow your programs to be run on any Java 2 platform, regardless of the underlying hardware and operating system."
What if the user does not have a graphic card, a windows based operating system or a network card.

Then they shouldn't be running the application.
