You need to write a client/server; GUI Interface; and tie into a database (actually it's just a datafile pretending to be a database).
Don't worry if you don't know how to do any of these things. You *WILL* by the end of the project. The whole point of the project is for you to learn these key concepts. You will be a much better programmer (pass or fail) for having tried the test. Of course, you will probably pass if you are a moderate programmer and you read this news group *EVERY DAY*.
Only other piece of advice, is DON'T WAIT to register and download the assignment. Dive in and take the test. There is no time limit, so there is no point in waiting.

Do you means if i register then i can download assignment scope? Is this assignment are same to everyone?

Yeah everybody gets the same assignment, i think there have been some minor changes since the cert first came out, but its primarily unchanged.
