"Your user interface should be designed with the expectation of future functionality enhancements, and it should establish a control scheme that will support this with minimal disruption to the users when this occurs."
What it mean?
I have produce a filter fields function to satisfy this command, but i do not sure.

As far as your question, I really apologize for any misunderstands in communication. We understand that English isn't your native language, and don't worry about not completely writing correct english.
So I will try to answer your question.
"Your user interface should be designed with the expectation of future functionality enhancements, and it should establish a control scheme that will support this with minimal disruption to the users when this occurs."

What this means is that if you need to later make changes to your Data classes you need the design to hide it's implementation from the client, so that if you change anything, then the client does not need to be changed. Because the client really does not know about the Data class, nor should it need to know.
It's all an issue of Obecjt Oriented Program design practices.
Hope that helps, and is clear. My english writing sometimes is not so good either, and I grew up speaking it always.
