Preparation for SCJD

I just passed the SCJP yesterday and am beginning to get ready for the SCJD. I have the RHE book, butI would appreciate advice on the following:
What are the best resources (books, study aids, etc.) to use? I know the RHE book is good. I read about the Cooper book. Where do I get it? Should I buy some books on RMI? MVC?
What are the best toolsets? Should I use an IDE and if so, which is the best (I will buy one if I need to, so it doesn't have to be free)?
Should I use tools like ANT to do the build? What about testing tools? Any suggestions?
Are there any design tools I should use (UML, etc.)?
Thanks in advance for your help.

Regards,
Jim

Hello Jim:
You do not need any tools like ANT, UML to complete this certification. I had my best toolsets notepad, MS DOS window, and JSDK 1.3.
My best suggestion is to download assignment first. Then go over it, do whatever you can do to start assignment. If anything unclear, uncomplete, and unknown, OH YES! this is the best place to ask questions. There is pleanty of information for RMI, SWINGS in SUN JAVA site. OR search in this forum too, using RMI, SWING key words you will get a lot of information. I think, that would be the best way to go.
Good luck. -Bal

Thanks for the advice.
I have no experience with RMI. Will this be a problem?

Bal is right. I spent about 10 days to read this wonderful forum and learn more than any book. And people gathered here are so nice. Don't worry about it, you can pass this exam.
