Ok almost done with this damn thing
Just a quick question about the policy file. Is it really necessary? I've tested my proggie on both RedHat and Win2k with no hitches. I was under the impression that a policy file was used to restrict RMI transactions, which the project doesnt really need.
Thanks for any insight you can give

Not unless you dynamically download stubs. But having a server security policy is never a bad thing.

I agree. Here's the link: http://ej-technologies/jprofiler - if it wasn't for jprofiler, we would need to run our stuff on 16 servers instead of 3.
