Given all of the negative posts I have read about bad experiences with assignment submissions, I though I would post a positive one.
I tried to submit my assignment on a Sunday, but I found out quickly that you cannot just upload, you have to send an email to 'who2contact@central.sun.com' to get them to allow the upload. Then I tried to test that the upload was now working. Bad idea. Just checking it made it unavailable again. I had to send another email to get it to work. Each email was responded to within an hour.
I took my follow-up exam the following Friday without any problems at the testing center. Now it is four(4) business days later and I got the results! That is a lot faster than I expected given some of the horror stories listed here on this group.
All in all it was a good experience and I am glad that Sun and company listened to the concerns of this community and took care of business.
P.S. I got 148/155.

Tell me, Mr. Anderson, what good is a phone call when you are unable to speak?

Hi all:
Yes, Sun does do sth better now. Yesterday when i want to upload the assignment, i had no right to do it. I sent a mail to Sun and after only 2 hours, they replied me that everything is o.k. I did it yesterday at 11 pm.
Hope the essay exam will not make too much trouble!
