Hi all,
I am ready to upload and take the test...but, I cannot find the document on naming the submission.
Does anyone know where it is written?

Its on the www.galton.com/~sun. When you go to upload the project, it will tell you the naming policy

Adam:
I couldn't see there, it has just two buttons one for upload and one for download.
If you already know the naming, please let us know.
Thanks

Hi Adam,
Thanks for the quick answer; but, I am not sure, I follow. If I click on the download button are you saying it will give me informtion I am looking for.
I don't want to click that button till I am sure about upload as I don't want to have to pay another fee to try to upload again...

Hi Sam,
Thanks, that is exactly what I was looking for...I've sent 2 e-mails to SUN, so far only one is answered and it does not even address the issue of naming...only tells me that I can upload.
many thanks...

Hi all,
I just want to thank Adam for the information he gave...and Matt also.
Apparently, if you click the upload button it takes you to a screen that gives naming instructions: there are 2 sets of these instructions depending on the assignment you have.
I have cut and pasted these below:
******************************************
Upload instructions for the 1.1 exam:
Submitting Your Work
When you have completed your solution, and satisfied yourself that it works under the supplied test harness, you should
build an archive containing the entire directory hierarchy. You may use the .jar, .zip or .tar format, but please be sure to
satisfy the following requirements.
You must build an archive; do not send individual files. If you use .zip format, ensure that you enable long filenames, full
pathnames, and the recursive options. Do not apply any encryption to the archive. If you use .tar, do not apply any
compression to the archive.
The name of your submission archive file MUST be derived from your Testing ID, as shown above. Your Testing ID is
your 9-digit Social Security Number (U.S. only), or it might be another alphanumeric combination, e.g. sp1234567 (any
country). Your archive filename MUST BE scjda-AAAAAAAAA.ZZZ, where AAAAAAAAA is Testing ID, and ZZZ is
the appropriate filename extension for your archive type (zip, tar, or jar).
**************************************************
Upload instructions for the Java 2 exam:

Hope this helps...

Looks like you've found what you're looking for.
Just FYI, after you click the 'upload' button, it will tell you the naming convention
Sorry if I was unclear.
