Hi, guys
How do you handle the exceptions? do you record all that in an external log file?
another question, is it necessary to record the user operations in a log file?

If it is an Exception that the User needs to know about, I display a nice JOptionPane to bring up a dialog window and give them a nice message as to the problem.

thanks for quick response, but dont you think that the users need a log file for the future reference ? What about the user operations, dont you think that this is the propre situation for the log file ?

I don't think you need to log user operations, or anything else, -- it's not in the requirements.
