Failed First Time. Please Help

Hello Ranchers, I failed the first time. The break down for my scores are
General Consideration. Maximum=58 Deductions=11
Documentation: Maximum=20 Deductions=12
GUI: Maximum=24 Deductions=16
Server: Maximum=53 Deductions=0.
I am going to focus on gui & documentation.
1. GUI Look & Feel.
I partitioned the main screen into three
parts. The upper left is for searching flight, the lower left is for reserve flight. And right pane is reserved to display the detailed flights information. Is this L&F is good HCI principle.
2. Only way to Book a Flight
User will have to search for flights first, in
order to reserve a flight, user will have to explicitly double click on a flight on the right display pane. It will input number of
seats to reserve in lower left "reserve flight panel" to reserve flights.
? is this right. Or should I have give the user option to enter the flight number (in a combo box) in order to book seats.
3. I have two seperate window. One is for connect to db, the other is the main browser. If you are not able to connect correctly, you won't be able to get to the main browser.
My plan is to combine these two into one window.
4. Documentation.
I will have to redo the design.txt file. I don't have much comment on my code however I spent quite some time on javadoc. How important it is to have good comment.
I know that I asked a lot of question. I will
really appreciate some help on this.
Would it be possible that I get a screen shot for the main browser window for the look & feel? Please send it to windsurf_cu@yahoo.com.

I am also wondering what's the difference between your solution with someone else who passed. Because I saw some guys got high scores with the same layout of GUI, because in the marking criteria, it only states that,
User Interface (Total 24)
layout uses good/accepted Human/Computer Interaction (HCI) principles (24)
only two things
1) did you think your code clean and easy to read?
2) did you defend your GUI design properly?
About Documentation
did you provide all of the doc needed, readme, design choice, user's guide?

I agree. Here's the link: http://aspose.com/file-tools
