Size of the project?

Hi,
I am planning to take SCJD exam, and wondering the size of project. If I can commit 3-4 hours per day to do the work, in your experience, how long will it take? The only "big" project I ever done is about networking and object serilizable.
Thanks in advance for any insight...

Well at 3-4 hours a day, and using Javaranch's great forum here. I'd say you could get something done in a few weeks, but then I think you might go back and make some refactoring. So I would say expect to take the essay exam about 1 to 2 months after starting.
I think you will find that you will end up taking some days off, time to step back and rethink some things.
