Implementing GUI

While implementing GUI should we use the sample TableMap and TableSorter code from java to implement JTable sorting feature?

Hi Samual,
Well I had sorting in my table, but I developed my own code. I don't think it is necessary to have sorting but it won't hurt either. So it's your call.

I'd skip the sorting, not necessary to get a perfect score.

hi,
When I design the GUI ,I use the ComboBox for user to choose the origin and dest.But need I get the item(such as sfo,lhr ) from the RemoteData or just write it directly.

Hi Ray,
I would say you probably need to pull it from the db and not assume the list of airports will be constant. I used a Set to hold each criterion for the search mechanism. Everytime the table data was updated, the new data was sent to these Sets and added, keeping them up to date.
