Help with this error: Error occurred in server thread; nested exception is java.lang.ClassFormatError suncertify.server.LockManager(mad magic number). I only get this error when running the app via executable jar files. Do you think one of my classes is corrupted? I have attempted to rebuild the jar files.

Hi Rama,

... java.lang.ClassFormatError suncertify.server.LockManager(mad magic number). I only get this error when running the app via executable jar files. Do you think one of my classes is corrupted?

That's what it sounds like. If the magic number (inital bytes) in the class file is wrong then it is assumed not to be a valid class file. Try rebuilding all your class files before recreating the jar.
Hope this helps,
Michael Morris
