I've got it sussed if you post a question on a forum (see websphere for example) you have a 50/50 chance of a reply thats fine. But if you put Urgent or Attn: Kyle or something of that ilk you are guaranteed personal attention and a sackload of replies. OK you've guessed it its a wrong side of the bed day today and nobody answered my questions (violins please). Seriously don't suppose an etiquette statement or even better filtering software to remove 'Urgent' 'attn' 'Help' would be marvellous. Happy XMAS

We did have "urgent" filtered for a couple of days as a joke. Maybe we need to turn it back on.
