suncertify.properties location

my assignment says the suncertify.properties file must be in the current working directory. To implement this I jsut used the file name without any path specified at all and it worked fine. That was befor I learned about System.getProperty("user.dir"). Now that I've packaged it up, is there any value in changing this to use the System method?
