I have to agree, Max's book is the best one on the market at the moment and does a great deal to help you understand the level required to complete the assignment. As the book cannot contain detail on every aspect of the assignment and the example provided will undoubtly be different (even if slightly) from yours, you may have to reference other books on areas that you find yourself weak on.
