InterruptedException and IOException don't be thrown in Data class, but sometimes we have to deal with it.
How do you like to chain this kind of exception as this:

There were a lot of long discussions about this issue.
I personally beilieve that it should be Ok for both:
IOException and InterruptedException to chain than through MyOwnRuntimeException.
