NX: Warnings when run in linux

I am in the process of testing my application. When I run in linux I get the following warnings before the GUI displays:
Warning: Cannot convert string "<Key>Escape,_Key_Cancel" to type VirtualBinding
I get a bunch of these warnings for different keys. Everything runs perfectly though. Does anyone know why I am gettings these warnings?
