Why I can't upload my assignment?

Hi,
You have to write a mail to SUN asking for the permission
to upload your assignment. Then they will send you reply
saying now you can upload it now. I don't know why this
is so.

This is a normal thing -- in fact, I have yet to find a person that has been able to upload their assignment the first time they have tried! Consider it some extra time to exercise some deep-breathing and look at your assignment objectively one last time.
