new forum - Ant

I'm thinking that we need a new forum in the Java section called "Ant". I know that we currently talk about it a bit in the open source forum, but I think ant is big enough and has a big enough future to warrant its own forum.

I don't think we get quite enough posts on Ant yet to give it it's own forum. We are getting pretty close though.

Maybe it should go in the products section instead of the java section though.

I think Ant is enough different from other XP stuff that it should have its own forum. And I think it's use is growing rapidly.

Then we should move the "Other Open Source Projects to slot 2, because they really should be by each other.
