What is the procedure for reseting the certmanager password.

Hi Surya,

The CertManager login page has the following information on it:

  • The Login ID is your Prometric Testing ID.
  • Your Password is not case sensitive.
  • If you're a first time user or have forgtten your Password

  • you may click here to assign one.
    You will be prompted to enter information from an Examination Score Report. If the information you provide matches a test in our system, you will be allowed to assign your password and subsequently login.
  • If you are unable to assign your password and need further assistance, please email a Customer Service Representative at SunCert@Prometric.com.
