What is the procedure for reseting the certmanager password.
|

Hi Surya,
The CertManager login page has the following information on it:
The Login ID is your Prometric Testing ID. Your Password is not case sensitive. If you're a first time user or have forgtten your Password you may click here to assign one. You will be prompted to enter information from an Examination Score Report. If the information you provide matches a test in our system, you will be allowed to assign your password and subsequently login. If you are unable to assign your password and need further assistance, please email a Customer Service Representative at SunCert@Prometric.com.
