why the logging is not working ?

Hallo !

I was the logging a lot of times but in this night is seams that the logging mechanism just doesn't wanna go.
I have a custom log properties file like this :

It looks the same with the original from jre dir, I only change the :

java.util.logging.FileHandler.pattern = testLog.log
I run all using :
java -cp ../build/classes/........... -Djava.util.logging.config.file=myLogging.properties ..... myClass

but no log file is generated!The log mechainsm uses this file because when I try to change the :
java.util.logging.ConsoleHandler.level = INFO
to
java.util.logging.ConsoleHandler.level = ALL
I see on consolle all log messages(levels) but no file is generated.

Did I miss something ?

yeah
the line
handlers= java.util.logging.ConsoleHandler
needs to be replaced with

handlers= java.util.logging.FileHandler, java.util.logging.ConsoleHandle

your only adding the console handler.
