Essay Exam before Assgmt Submission

Hi,
I'm wondering if I HAVE TO submit my assignment before I can take the essay exam? I heard that they won't mark your work until you take the essay exam. I really don't want to wait and would like to minimize waiting time. If I could write the essay thing a couple of days before I upload my jar file, that would be great. What do you guys think?

I think you are not allowed to give essay exam before assignment submission.

Hi Kang,
Take a look at the JavaRanch SCJD FAQ on this. Note that it is talking about those cases where a candidate is forced into taking the exam before they get their exam uploaded.
It is also worth noting that Sun Education staff do read these forums, so if they feel you are deliberately breaking the rules, they may take action.
