Is there any way that once i connect to a server that i can disconnect and provide another ip to connect to (using RMI that is)??

Hi Marzo,

From the client side, you have just a local reference to the object you looked up - destroy it / replace it and you can connect to any other object on any other server.

I don't believe this is necessary for the SCJD project though.
