Allow multiple bookings at once? (urlybird)

Just wondering if I should allow the user to select multiple records in the search results table so that the user can book several at once...would I lose marks for usability if I only allowed single selection? It would make locking a lot easier if multiple selection isn't allowed.
Has anyone here only allowed single selection and got full marks for the GUI?

Since it it not a requirement, it looks like an "extra that will not receive bonus points" instead of a "loose points if you don't do it".
As I promised before, I keep repeating to myself: "keep it simple, keep it simple"...
