DO I still have to provide a readme.txt file on my submission?

Thanks!

I had URLyBird 1.2.3, which also had no requirements for a readme file.

I provided a simple one that simply referred to the user documentation HTML file (userguide.txt).

Whatever your decision, document the rationale in the choices.txt file.
